Former Melrose Place star Amy Locane-Bovenizer has been charged with drink-driving-related second-degree vehicular homicide and third-degree assault by auto.
If found guilty, she will face 5 – 10 years in jail.
What happened?
Amy’s 4WD hit another car in New Jersey around 9pm on Sunday night.
The victim (the passenger) died at the scene, while the driver is in a critical condition in hospital.
Prosecutors also Amy rear-ended another car in Princeton (about 20km from the above crash) earlier that night, and then drove away after police were called.
