The vibe

Think the attitude of Lily Allen meshed with a Swedish teen, cute-sy version of Pink. As she puts it: "This is brutal pop".

Love

* She wrote/co-wrote a lot of the lyrics and music

* The raw punky, teen-y meets Swedish (and even Asian) bop sound. Think Missy Elliot meets Japanese manga

* The nonsensical lyrics ('cause they're kinda cute) and not-so-right lines such as: "Let me tell you how it be" and "Anytime they ready punnahussy start war mess around and see who get it spread on the tar"...

Not so keen on

Some pretty violent lines (+ they're sung in a cute voice, which confuses your mind!).

Standout songs

* Konichiwa Bitches (WHAT is this song about?! It's whack)

* Who's That Girl? (more poppy and has an 80's, Ace Of Base kind of beat)

* Crash And Burn Girl (boppy and funky)

Goss

Not many record labels liked her chosen style of music and so she eventually ended up creating Konichiwa Records and is doing it her way! As she puts it, her sound is, "A concentrat[ion] of attitude. It's like a baby ninja! Like really dangerous but really small and cute! It's like a child with a huge machine gun. It kicks your face"...
