Our awards are the only Car of the Year Awards just for women, by women. We know girls look for certain key things when buying a new car; and we also know there is more choice when deciding than ever before – hence more confusion. Our awards give you the chance to get to know the latest and best cars around for the year - voted on by other women – and even gives you the chance to get involved in the voting process and win a prize or two along the way!

Why a car awards for women?

Because we buy 60% of all new cars and decide on 85% of all purchases. And because when buying a car, that Wheels or Drive Car of the Year sticker doesn’t mean all that much to us. Oh, and because we are the #1 car website for women in Australia.

How?

Each year, all the cars nominated are hand-picked by the car companies themselves. Not every company may have a car for each category but all cars nominated must have been available to buy within the last year so you can safely say all the cars nominated are the very latest top models.
