A 20-year-old man from Ohio in the USA has been charged with drink-driving on Halloween when dressed as a 'breathalyser'.
James P. Miller, was pulled over by police after they noticed him driving the wrong way up a one-way street and without headlights.
After pulling him over, the nightmare continued for James when police found he not only had a bellyfull of beer, but an entire bootfull, including a 6-pack on the front seat. And did we mention the legal age for drinking in America is 21? And to top of it all off, James blew 0.158 per cent (the legal limit for driving is a blood-alcohol level of .08.) on a breathalyser test as he was dressed as a um, a breathalyser.
James was cited on charges including operating a vehicle while intoxicated, under-age possession of alcohol, having an open container and a fake ID, and a one-way street violation. No ticket from the fashion police was issued, however clearly very much in order.
