A greentomatocars Toyota Prius taxi!

Sick of waiting in line for taxis? Greenhouse-gas-chugging ones at that? Join the club! Thankfully, brainy company 'greentomatocars' has come up with a hot-new eco-friendly option...
We're talking about its network of eco-friendly Toyota Prius-es that works exactly like taxis, except:
* They emit 60 per cent less carbon dioxide than a standard car
* The business also offsets its entire emissions twice over – so they're actually carbon positive
* They use a state-of-the-art IT system that's designed to organise the despatch so that it minimises unnecessary dead mileage (trips without passengers)
* You book them over the phone
* The drivers use GPS systems to navigate
* They're clean inside.
To holler one, just call 1300 729 998, about 20 minutes before you need to go. The driver will SMS you on approach and you can pay cash, credit or cab charge, or account holders are invoiced monthly. The cost of using a greentomatocar is close to a taxi. For more info, visit www.greentomatocars.com.au or call 1300 729 998.
5 other ways to help save the environment
1. Invest in a scooter. Most scooters use between 2 and 5 litres of fuel per 100km! More scooter info here.
2. Use ethanol fuel. Using this type of fuel reduces carbon monoxide
emissions by 32 per cent and hydrocarbons by 12 per cent (aka ethanol blends are considered greenhouse neutral – more environmentally friendly than regular petrol). Find your nearest ethanol fuel BP station here! Just enter your postcode and BP will do the rest.
3. Drive more economically.
* If you have an automatic car, use overdrive to save up to 10 per cent petrol. Find more fuel-saving tips here.
4. Go vegetarian/cut back on meat! Did you know that raising animals for food generates more greenhouse gases than all the cars and trucks in the world combined!? Read more info here.
5. Drive a hybrid. A hybrid car features a small fuel-efficient gas engine combined with an electric motor, which assists the engine when accelerating. The electric motor is powered by batteries that recharge automatically while you drive. Hybrid cars also have smaller and more efficient engines, periodic engine shut-off (when your hybrid is stopped in traffic, the engine temporarily shuts off and restarts automatically when you put it back into gear), and more.
